Opening
in the Spring of 2008, The Shoppes at
Cinnaminson will offer opportunities for
various sized retailers in diverse
categories for both in-line space and
outparcels. The Shoppes at Cinnaminson will
be the result of a redevelopment of the
Cinnaminson Mall whereby all existing
buildings will be demolished and a new
ground up 330,000 (+/-) square foot
supermarket anchored community shopping
center will be constructed on 40 acres. In
addition, the project will coincide with a
major state funded road improvement project
which will provide premium access to the
site.
The Shoppes at Cinnaminson is located within
the densely populated, well established
community of Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The
center is situated at the intersection of
Cinnaminson Ave. and Route 130, a major
north/south thoroughfare with a daily
traffic count of 60,000 vehicles.
Additionally, The Shoppes at Cinnaminson is
strategically located just north of Route
73, a major east/west artery making it
easily accessible to the communities of
Riverside, Delran, Pennsauken, Maple Shade,
Cherry Hill and Moorestown.
